For detailed instructions about using the Every Day Diet Dashboard, you can access the user group page after downloading and saving the application. Inside, you will find a link and password to the page where the specific instructions are stored.
This workbook is designed to make life easier for you, and to help you to quickly and accurately track your progress, giving you instant, beautifully designed graphic headlines based on your input. My Progress User Form
The My Progress form opens when you click the button to enter your daily record, and is the place where you enter all your information. Once you get going, it takes maybe five to ten minutes to enter your daily stats. This form is super easy to navigate and you can quickly enter all of your information for the day. The form is designed to give you a spa-like experience, or a serenity spot while you work your reducing program.
